Online and Phone Counselling Practice: Level 5

This qualification equips qualified counsellors with the additional skills and proficiencies needed to work effectively online and on the phone, whether working in an organisational context or in private practice.
This course was designed by CPCAB in partnership with The Open University.
For entry onto this course you must have completed the Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (or a recognised similar course), as well as having completed the appropriate pre-Level 4 (or equivalent) training.
In addition, you must also have completed the following two Open University courses:
This Level 5 course will be conducted online.
As with all our training, you will be supported by experienced tutors, who are themselves professional counsellors. You will have access to videos and workbooks, so you can catch up on material if you miss a session. You will also have access to additional online practice groups, allowing you to develop your skills outside standard course hours.
Guided learning hours: 45.
Total qualification time: 100 hours.
